Message from the President of EVAR for 2012
 

Dear EVAR Members,

 

Code of Ethics course MUST be completed before December 31st of  2012.  We will be hosting classes in Emmett of the Code of Ethics course and the free Core Class on April 4, 2012.  Please keep the day free.  We will be sending out registration sheets as we get closer.

 

We will continue to have luncheons this year at LaCosta Restaurant at noon on the second Thursday of the Month.  As a heads up please mark on your schedules that there is NO lucheon in the months of October and December of this year due to convention and the installation banquet.

Emmett Valley Association of REALTORS is a professional organization of REALTORS within Gem County. We exist to provide the community of real estate professionals in the Gem County area with a grounded connection to the state and national associations. Membership in the association means your REALTOR has adopted and lives by a strict code of ethics.  This code helps REALTORS police themselves, and works to maintain a solid base of ethics, practices and knowledge in an ever-changing market.  This protects and helps the ultimate beneficiary, the client.  

 

EVAR provides an avenue for resolving problems within what can often be a competitive and contentious environment, and facilitates a collegial atmosphere of friendly competition, making easier open communication between agents in support of their clients.
